Teachers, have you been thinking about applying to our Summer Institute? Do it now! Applications will be accepted through the end of the day, March 20th. Join us this summer as we look at how art, history and biography intersect in the study of our past. Collaborate with your peer teachers and create lesson plans focusing on the history of Colorado through art and biography.
This Teacher Institute is open to 3rd-6th teachers within the 7 SCFD counties. Space is limited. Preference will be given to teachers who work at schools that receive Title I funding.
We are pleased to announce that we are partnering with American Museum of Western Art-The Anschutz Collection, Center for Colorado Women's History at the Byers-Evans House, Clyfford Still Museum, and Teaching with Primary Sources Western Region!
When: June 1-5, 2020
Cost: Free! (Stipends available for those who need them)
Applications are due by end of day March 20th.
