Colorado Governor's Office issued the following announcement on June 25.
Gov. Polis signed HB20-1326, Create Occupational Credential Portability Program.
The bill relocates the existing occupational credential exemption to expand portability of state licenses, registrations and certifications for regulated professions, and provides that newly-located military spouses may apply for a temporary license, certification or registration in a regulated profession if they hold such a credential from another state.
