Of the 169 people living in Silver Plume town in 2019, 43.2 percent (73) were women and 56.8 percent (96) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central Colorado News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 63-to-31. In the 65 and over age range, there were 35 females and 13 males.
