Of the 4,610 people living in Silverthorne town in 2020, 37.4 percent (1,722) were women and 62.6 percent (2,888) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central Colorado News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 1,004. In the 65 and over age range, there were 412 females and 452 males.
