Census Bureau: More men than women in Gilpin County in 2020

Of the 6,108 people living in Gilpin County in 2020, 46 percent (2,809) were women and 54 percent (3,299) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central Colorado News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 343. In the 65 and over age range, there were 553 females and 483 males.
